This service denotes the process of execution of Felling / Trimming / Replantation of Trees. The permission is issued by the concerned SPA of the department. This certificate shall be issued within 60 days from the date of submission of the application on SWC.
This service is required before the commencement of the building construction. This service is for both applicant and MIDC issuing authority and is issued by respective SPA and Fire officer from Planning and Fire department. It certifies that once the commencement certificate is issued, plot owner can start the construction.
The Building Plan Approval and Fire NOC is to be issued within 15 days from the date of submission. Various charges are applicable like, development fee, scrutiny fees, labour cess etc. Certificate will remain valid for 1 year from the date of issuance of commencement certificate.
This Occupancy certificates is issued by MIDC which declares that the building is constructed as per the plans approved by the concerned authorities (SPA). It is issued when the building constructed is ready to be occupied. This certificate shall be issued within 8 days from the date of submission of the application on SWC.
